Where are you located? +
The House of Dumont Hair Studio is located at 200A Carlton Street in Cabbagetown, Toronto. We are roughly halfway between Sherbourne and Parliament streets on the North East corner of Carlton and Ontario Streets.

What are your hours? +
The House of Dumont Hair Studio is open: Tuesday until Friday from 9am till 7pm • Saturday from 9am till 5pm • The House of Dumont Hair Studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

What payment methods do you accept? +
Please check with the stylist who will be doing your hair for payment options. We do not accept debit cards.

What if I am late for my appointment? +
If you are late for your appointment up to 15 minutes, we will try and accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be rescheduled if this is not possible.

Cancellations +
If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment with The House of Dumont Hair Studio, please provide us at least 24 hours notice.

Do you take walk-ins? +
Yes, you are more than welcome to walk-in and we will try to accommodate you if we can. If we are unable to accommodate you at that time, then we are more happy to schedule you in at another time.

Do you do weddings? +
Sorry no, The House of Dumont Hair Studio doesn't do weddings.

Sorry, no, The House of Dumont Hair Studio only does hair.
